| In order to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion in the future, we have compiled the following information pertaining to the various terms and conditions of your account with us. |
| A) |
Delivery Status - "will Call" or "automatic" service
"WILL CALL" customers will call our office when a delivery is needed. Minimum delivery is 150 gallons. We do require at least 72 hours advance notice to allow time for scheduling. Will Call Deliveries will be scheduled for delivery at Company's discretion during inclement weather.
"AUTOMATIC" customers will receive deliveries automatically, based on our computerized degree day system, which estimates usage according to the daily temperature outside. When our computer indicates that your tank is down to between 1/2 and 1/4 full, a delivery ticket will automatically print (providing the account has no past due balance) and a delivery will be made. Be advised that the computer requires at least three full deliveries before it can establish an accurate usage factor on your individual account. Therefore, it may be necessary for you to call in should your gauge indicate that you are below 1/4 tank.

BUDGET PLAN
- Consists of ten (10) equal payments from August through
May, for which payments are due on the 10th of each month.
The estimated monthly payment is based on your individual
usage for the previous heating season. At the end of the
budget season (May), if all ten payments were received
by the 10th of each month, you account will be credited
with a ten cent per gallon discount for each gallon delivered
during the ten month period. If there is a balance due
after the discount credit has been issued, it is due by
June 10th. If a credit balance remains it may be carried
over to the next season to reduce your monthly payments,
or a request for a refund can be made. BUDGET MAX INSURANCE
is also available. For a nominal fee per season, this
insurance guarantees a "price cap" or "maximum"
amount per gallon for those who choose to participate.
Payment for this insurance must be received with your
August budget payment. The price cap fluctuates from season
to season based on market conditions.
